Yes everyone can do it, but is very important to have someone to guide you choose the correct style for your kind of body and experience.
Do I need a
particular age?
Those practices can be done from 1 till 110 years old! :) Of course with different approach for every ages.
For who is raccomended yoga, meditation & reiki?
These disciplines are for anyone who feels the need to do something for their health, to calm the mind and use 100% of our abilities.
Can anyone do reiki?
Yes, everyone can receive a Reiki treatment, It is also used in hospital settings to aid normal medicine. No, if you want to become a Reiki operator, this is NOT for everyone.
I don't like so much sports, can i do yoga?
Yes of course, there are many styles of yoga practice, from the most active one, till the most still one.
p.s. Yoga is not a sport.
How long does it take to feel the first results?
You will feel the results already from the first experience, because when we give balance to the body the effects are immediate.
