Fabiola is an Aquarian,
in the age of Aquarius.
She is not the one that is gonna tell you what to do,
she is the one that is gonna make you do questions.
More than 20 years in the yoga way, less in meditation because in the beginning of her journey she didn't like it at all. And then while practicing she discover the power of subtle energies and she follow in love for it, so simple and so powerful.
His lessons are a set of practices for your EVOLUTION,
that's the reason for the name Tira-mi-sù = Pick-me-up

I am a Woman, a Yogini, a Reiki Master and an explorer with 72 countries visited. Through the years, I've realised that the most misterious journey is the one within. This travel is endless, with new discoveries and constant change. Change is the sole certainty in life, and I take pleasure in sharing ways to embrace, cultivate, and welcome it.
I help people realize their ultimate potential in this life.
My history and experience
I started practicing yoga for myself, I was an event planner and it's one of the most stressful jobs ever. I tried a lesson and I remember that at night I slept like never before and then I felt muscles that I didn't even remember having, fantastic! And so I continued and now slowly I have come to 20 years of yoga practice and studies in different types of styles, reaching 1820 hours of teacher training course between India, Italy and Nepal (of some of them I put the logos above, click and you will go to the site), I created my classes to reconnect you with all the parts of you, starting from the cells and acquire awareness and connection between the biological and energetic parts. And as icing on the cake, yogic philosophy seen in a modern key.
